Shape Your D.R.E.A.M.S is designed and delivered to children, youth and young parents in the Hopevale Aboriginal Community located in Cape York Peninsula.

Shape your D.R.E.A.M.S is focused on Hopevale children and youth attending schools in Cooktown, Hopevale & also boarding schools in Cairns.  The program also targets disengaged youth and young parents in the Hopevale Aboriginal Community.

D.R.E.A.M.S helps children, youth and young parents understand that to succeed you must be DEDICATED, take RESPONSIBILITY for your actions and choices no matter what the outcome may be, understand that EDUCATION is major part of life, have a positive ATTITUDE, be MOTIOVATED and have a high SELF- IMAGE.

The D.R.E.A.M.S program encourages children, youth and young parents not to be ashamed or scared to venture outside the community for there education or job aspirations, no matter how demanding the situation may seem.
